Hi, I’m Sue—Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm also a food lover, a fitness enthusiast, and someone who genuinely cares about helping women feel strong and empowered at every stage of life.

As I rolled into my 40's, I realized that what once worked for my body no longer did. Through mindset shifts, consistent movement, and balanced nutrition, I discovered a new approach that's working well into my 50's—and I’m here to help you do the same.
